
EBN signs agreement with Energy21 (now Eneve) for gas trading and shipping

Utrecht, the Netherlands – EBN and Energy21 (now Eneve) have signed an agreement to deliver the software that will enable EBN to become a gas trading and shipping entity. EBN is a public energy company in the Netherlands, owning approximately 40% of the gas produced. The aim for EBN is to independently manage and sell its gas, currently provided by GasTerra.

For this contract, Energy21 partnered with ETRMServices, a global provider of end-to-end IT solutions for energy trading and risk management. Through this partnership, Energy21 will leverage its deep industry expertise and advanced technology to implement the gas trading processes.
Key aspects of Energy21’s Gas Trading & Shipping (SaaS) solution for EBN include:
- Forecasting & Planning;
- Portfolio Management (Dispatching);
- Billing & Settlement;
- Regulation and reporting;
- Gas trading.
