The challenge
Energiek is a fast-growing energy supplier in the Dutch market. As a new entrant without legacy systems, they needed a digital-first solution to manage the entire customer journey; from onboarding and market communication to billing and customer service. With a small team and no internal development capacity, Energiek was looking for a platform that could deliver both scalability and agility from day one.

At its core is Eneve’s flexible, modular ERP platform, connected to all key systems via APIs. This integration creates a single source of truth, enabling Energiek to manage onboarding, billing, payments, and market communication accurately and with minimal manual intervention. That allows them to focus on what really matters: delivering value to customers.
To support this, we added branded self-service tools via app and customer portal. Customers can view their usage, download invoices, update personal details, and manage payments. Our API-first approach also made it easy to integrate third-party sales partners and external tooling. There is no more overhead, unnecessary data duplication, and alignment to be done.
The partnership follows an agile delivery model, allowing us to continuously tailor the platform to Energiek’s evolving needs. The result is a future-proof setup that combines speed, flexibility, and long-term growth.
