The Iberian energy markets are being reshaped by the growth of renewable energy, ongoing electrification and increasing integration with the European energy system. This is driving market complexity and increasing demand for integrated software solutions and real-time insights, creating opportunities for both Eneve and Nemon to support energy suppliers more effectively. Nemon has built a strong reputation, supporting energy suppliers in Spain with critical operational processes including connection register management, market communication, contracting, forecasting and billing. Its solutions ''Nemon Trade Energy'', ''Nemon Trade Energy CRM'' and ''Nemon Trade Energy SIPS'' support various clients such as Barcelona Energia Pública.
Eneve was formed in 2025 through the combination of several European energy software companies and provides an integrated platform supporting energy companies across the value chain. Through its customers, the company supports more than 20 million metering points across Europe. With the acquisition of Nemon, Eneve expands into the Spanish market and will support more than 100 energy suppliers in Spain and Portugal, further strengthening its European platform. Nemon’s clients will gain access to a broader range of solutions, including pricing, portfolio optimisation, customer engagement, trading, balancing and gas shipping, while continuing to benefit from local expertise and service.

Eneve operates across multiple European locations, combining strong local presence with shared development and delivery capabilities, including its Lisbon-based technology and quality office. This enables Eneve to scale high-quality software solutions across markets while remaining aligned with local regulatory requirements.
The integration of Nemon into the Eneve Group will take place over the coming months, focusing on continuity for existing customers and the gradual expansion of capabilities. Following the transaction, Eneve is expected to generate a turnover of over €30 million. The acquisition adds 30 specialists to the group, bringing the total workforce to approximately 180 employees.
